Returns
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The following return policy is only applicable for customers who've purchased on justusajeans.com. Any wholesale returns should be referenced directly to our representatives at info@justusajeans.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee of $10 if you didn't opt into Checkout+. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges are currently unavailable.
Third party goods that are not under Just USA label is not eligible for returns or exchanges, these are final sale.
All sale items are final sale.
All items marked final sale are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Just USA Jeans merchandise purchased through external stockists are not eligible for return through Justusajeans.com unless otherwise noted, please contact retailer directly for additional information.

Shipping
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Our team processes orders very quickly, so we’re generally unable to make changes to the style, size, color, or shipping address once an order has been submitted.
In some cases, you may reach out to us right away, and we will try to accommodate your request. However, this depends entirely on current order volume, ticket volume, and our response time, so changes are not guaranteed.
We always recommend reviewing your order carefully before checking out.
My package is being shipped to the wrong address can I update it?
You may be able to update your shipping address before our warehouse processes your order. If the order is still in its early stage, you can use the Customer Portal—accessible through the tracking information provided after checkout—to edit your order details.
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. After a package is processed or shipped, the carrier does not allow address edits, and we cannot modify the delivery information on our end.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will typically be returned to sender. Once it arrives back at our facility, we can resend it or issue a refund according to our return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our warehouse processes orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been placed.
You are welcome to reach out to our team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to catch the order before it is processed. However, cancellations depend entirely on current order volume, warehouse processing speed, and ticket response times.
If we’re unable to cancel the order in time, you may return any eligible items once they are delivered.
My package is lost, what can I do?
If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@justusajeans.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, the delivery carrier is fully responsible for the package. We’re happy to submit a lost-package claim on your behalf; however, claims can take 30+ days for the carrier to review and resolve.
During that time, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the investigation is completed by the carrier. We truly appreciate your patience while we work with them to reach a resolution.
Wash & Clean
Wash with care
Denim is different than other fabrics. Unlike your vintage tees that are tough enough to launder with your load of towels, your jeans need a little special attention. Caring for your denim piece-by-piece will prolong the life of your jeans, so you can enjoy that perfect fit as long as possible. Ideally, we recommend hand-washing your jeans. When life gets in the way of our dream clean scenario, you can throw them in your laundry machine and wash them cold with like colors on a gentle setting. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach, which can react negatively with the fibers in our denim. Please always hang dry.

Our perfect fits are made possible by a high percentage of spandex or stretch. Much like a rubber band, the spandex will shrink if dried at a high temperature. To avoid unwanted shrinkage, always hang your denim to dry.
Spot Clean Between Washes
We're a California-based company that understands the importance of being good stewards of our resources. Spilled some coffee on your jeans? Try spot cleaning to save water! Use a muslin cloth and dab gently at the stain to remove it. Washing your denim less will also work to extend the life of your jeans, so spot cleaning is a win-win!
Product & Sizing
What does non-stretch mean?
Jeans that are non-stretch have more cotton in them than others and will have little to no stretch when worn.
I got the same size as before so why don't they fit?
Our wide range of denim offers you the opportunity to try jeans made with different combinations of materials resulting in different fits.
Jeans made with 100% cotton will be tighter, we recommend sizing up in these styles for comfort.
Anything with 99%-97% cotton will have a little stretch; we recommend picking your true size for these.
For our stretchy denim which will include less than 97% cotton it is recommended to size down for a form fitting look; we recommend to select your true size.
Why did my pair of jeans fray after the first wash?
Denim is made out of cotton fibers. Once washed, the denim will be altered with slight fraying on the hem or some details.
How does Just USA sizing compare to other brands?
If you are familiar with our sister brand, Just Black Denim, or have purchased previously from Stitch Fix - you will feel most comfortable sizing up two sizes from your true fit.
